Festival Fit: 100 days to ROO Challenge with HASFit

Who needs to get in shape for Roo? Who wants to feel better, have more energy, sex drive, motivation, and less depression? Hello! It is not that hard people. This has nothing to do with what you look like, the size you wear or how your bathing suit fits…this is about living your BEST life to the fullest every day! Not just a few days in the Summer.

Personally, I have been on a little adventure and I have been learning about letting go and breathing it all out. Working it out, being more flexible and trying to harness the feeling like I need to go run around the block. Energy levels at an all-time high and it has everything to do with being in MOTION!

What was Newton’s first law?

An object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.

You know it is the law of the universe, y’all – you have the power – just use the FORCE!

Turn on that love light and make sure you shine some of it on you!

You got to take the time…for you! Maybe eat a watermelon or a banana or two!

What is your goal? Want to go climb a mountain? Skydive naked from an airplane? or run an 8-minute mile? Be able to walk a mile? (it is going to be a packed FARM!) How about just fit those shorts you had last year or just have more energy…

Any amount of exercise will help you achieve it!

I’m throwing out a 100 day challenge today to get ready for the BEST time of your life.

My favorite online personal trainers over at Hasfit_official have some great, FREE videos that work!

Today, I did the 30 Minute HIIT Workout for Fat Loss – High-Intensity Workout Exercise – At Home HIIT Workout and I’m not gonna lie – it was really hard but I know I’m going to see some real results in 30 days, 60 days, 90 days…100 days!!!!!!

A level for everyone!

You don’t even need equipment or weights; just use water bottles or cans!

HASfit has videos for all fitness levels so for the next 100 days you have no excuse, even if you are a beginner, they have a great place to start with this beginner cardio video.
